  • TPRS® Workshop

    • This is one- to three-day workshop detailing the extremely successful TPRS® (Teaching Proficiency through Reading and Storytelling) teaching method invented by Blaine Ray. TPRS® is a student-centered method of acquiring a second language that builds vocabulary and structures of a language through increased comprehensible input while decreasing a student’s apprehension and stress of learning a second language. This method applies the principles of second-language acquisition and is being used not only throughout the United States, but around the world.

This grading method also increases student learning and achievement by more precisely pinpointing in which skills a student excels and where they may need some improvement.
